I’ll be honest: I don’t love cooking food as much as I love eating it. Thankfully, I like it enough to try out simple, tasty, mostly-healthy recipes that I sometimes share on WTW. The real chef of the house is my husband E, who is incapable of cooking without an eye-watering amount of butter (and other lethal yet wonderful ingredients), but is always forgiven because everything he makes is so delicious.
